Happy New Year my friends! This is usually when I feel a shift into a new year. Jan. 1st has never felt like " New Year " energy to me. Maybe because we are in the dead of winter in MN? This is the Lunar New Year as well as the Chinese New Year. 2024 is the year of the Dragon! A quick Google search will help you find out what your Chinese Zodiac is. I wish you all more than you could ever imagine in 2024. Whilst this could get to be a wonky year due to current events, I hope to provide a safe space for you to come to and feel grounded and at peace 🙏. ~BW

In the Northern Hemishpere we celebrate the Summer Solstice and in the Southern Hemisphere they are celebrating the Winter Solstice. The Summer Solstice is the considered the longest day because it is the day of the year with the highest amount of daylight hours. The Winter Solstice is considered the longest night because it has the highest amount of darkness hours. How will you be spending your Solstice? Will you take time to ponder what has happened since the last Equinox in March only 3 months ago? Will you celebrate the returning of the light or the upcoming harvest? I like to use these days throughout the year as evaluation pionts. What have I done well? What can I improve on? Three months can fly by in the blink of an eye. Set a goal for your next quarter. Is there a book you've been wanting to read, or a loved one you've been meaning to visit? Get it on your calendar! Life goes by faster the older we get. I hope you all have a wonderful day!💙 Becky
