Energy health is an intrinsic piece of your overall health and wellbeing. Some would argue that it is the most important piece because everything is energy. As an energy practitioner Becky believes that when you focus on your energy health all the other facets of your health will align for an overall state of health and wellness. There are many ways to work with your energy. Working with your chakras ( energy centers ) is a great place to start! With this Chakra Check-up Becky will perform an energy scan of your main 7 chakras. This will include the following chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, 3rd Eye and Crown Chakras. She will tune into which chakra would be most helpful for you to work with at the time of the scan. She will briefly describe the themes and characteristics of his chakra and how it presents when it is in balance and out of balance. She will touch on common reasons for this chakra to be out of balance. She will then craft a "specific to you", three piece action plan for you to shift your energy to allow this chakra to return to a balanced state of ease and wellness. This plan will contain a color to focus on and bring into your spaces, a intuitively crafted personal affirmation for you and an energy shifting journal prompt for you to work with. By integrating this plan into your life you may see subtle and profound shifts in your life. This is a distance energy session. We will be in touch before the session starts and then again after to go over your results. I do offer in person session at special events. Cancellations and refunds will be at our discretion and on a case by case basis. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Payments are made prior to your appointment, so it may be an option to reschedule. Again that is at our discretion.
