Service Description

Using Usui Reiki I have created a session just for nurturing and deep rest and relaxation. There is no work involved in this session. I will not be giving any feedback. We just take 20 minutes and focus on rest and relaxation as I hold space for you and surround you in Reiki "love" energy. I will tap in and help you shut down the monkey mind. You may drift off to sleep. This has many positive health side effects. You may experience an energy release from this session. We won't be learning about them or wondering where they came from. During this session, we will just acknowledge the a energies and allow them to flow out of the body. It will happen with grace and ease and leave you feeling lighter and more at peace. There are many reasons why your nervous system may not actually be reaching a state of "rest" during sleep. Taking this time for yourself is vital for your mental, physical and spiritual health. Often times people have a high amount of daily stress and anxiety or maybe they just never stop doing. This session is like a meditation on steroids. You will shift into a space of being. Many feel like they have had the best night of sleep ever, after their sessions. You may feel a strong sense of peace or focus after. You may not be able to sleep right after. It all depends on your current energetic situation. If you have been running on empty for a long time, this deep relaxation may pull you out of fight or flight survival mode and allow your body to finally sleep peacefully. *disclaimer- you may not be able to sleep right away after this session. It can revitalize and relax in some instances. * When the body relaxes after it has been stressed for so long is may feel lighter and energized. It really depends on what your body is needing most at the time of the session. Please keep this in mind when choosing your appointment time. Also this is a distance energy session. We will be in touch by phone or text prior and then again when the session is complete. I offer these in person at certain events. Cancellations and refunds will be at our discretion and on a case by case basis. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Payments are made prior to your appointment, so it may be an option to reschedule. Again that is at our discretion.
