Service Description

My mentoring program starts with a free exploratory call. If we both feel like we resonate with each other, we will move ahead. I create a safe, sacred place for my clients to grow, heal, expand, and thrive. This package includes four - 90-minute zoom or phone calls. This will be a 12 week package with a session every other week. We will feel through what would be most beneficial for you to focus on at each call. Together, we may set intentions, celebrate your growth, and explore opportunities for expansion. We will discover your next best step. I will create a safe and sacred space for you. I may intuitively tap into your energy and determine if there is anything energetically that may need alignment or shifting and provide you with tools to adjust or maintain your energy. I have been trained in many natural and energetic modalities. I will share these tools and processes with you. I have used these same tools and processes for my own healing and growth. I'll guide you and support you on your journey. Oftentimes, I will guide you through an experience. This may include and is not limited to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), ITM (Intuitive Tapping Method), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing), hypnosis, visualization, active imagination, sound therapy, movement therapy, journaling, channeling, intuitive exploration, or journeying. We may release subconscious energy that no longer serves you. We may work with your inner child, generational beliefs, and more.
